Shipping Policy

 Processing Time

1. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.

3. Pre-orders and back-ordered items will ship as soon as they become available.

4. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50 (domestic only).

5. International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

1. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.

2. Use the provided tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

1. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at shelfscape@gmail.com.

2. If your book arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Restrictions

1. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.

2. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Return & Exchange Policy

Non-Returnable Items

  • E-books and audiobooks (unless there is a technical issue).

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Books damaged due to customer misuse.

 

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email or call us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

  3. Shipping the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the book is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

  4. Processing the Refund: Once we receive the returned book, we will process your refund within 30 business days via the original payment method.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for approved returns.

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned book.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.

  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

 

Exchanges

We only replace books if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need an exchange for the same book, contact us at shelfscape@gmail.com.
